1. OverviewChicago Agreement Services (“CAS”) provides financial solutions including credit repair, funding, tradelines, investments, and other related services. These terms define the scope, responsibilities, and expectations for all clients engaging with CAS.
2. Services Provided

• Credit Repair: CAS assists clients in identifying and disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on credit reports. While CAS works diligently to help improve credit scores, no service can guarantee the removal of accurate or verified information.
• Funding Solutions: CAS provides guidance and access to personal or business funding, including loans and lines of credit. CAS does not guarantee funding approval.
• Tradelines: CAS may facilitate adding authorized user tradelines to a client’s credit report to improve credit scoring potential.
• Investments: CAS offers investment guidance and recommendations. All investment decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the client.
• Additional Services: CAS may provide other financial strategies, consultations, or services as agreed upon.

3. Fees & Payments

• Credit Repair Services: Provided free of charge; fees may apply for consultations or premium packages.
• Consultation Packages:
  • Premium Package: $1,000
  • Platinum Package: $2,000
• Other Services: Fees for funding, tradelines, and investment services will be disclosed before engagement.

4. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all services.
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation or authorization.
• Understand that results may vary based on individual financial history and behavior.

5. No Guarantee of ResultsWhile CAS strives to provide effective financial solutions, results cannot be guaranteed. Credit repair, funding approvals, investment performance, and other financial outcomes depend on multiple factors outside CAS’s control.
6. Confidentiality & Data SecurityAll client information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable laws. CAS will not share personal or financial information without client consent, except as required to deliver the requested services.
7. TerminationEither party may terminate services with written notice. Any fees for consultations or services already provided are non-refundable.
8. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
By engaging with CAS, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding the scope of services, fees, responsibilities, and limitations.
